If you have a love hate relationship with Zercher squats that is not gonna change, but the amount biceps smashing and forearm crushing will with these new straps.  The Zercher squat is a great way to get a strong back and a bullet proof core for those monster squats and big pulls.  There is no reason to suffer through the bar smashing your arms when these straps take away the pain without changing the effectiveness of the exercise.

The Zercher straps work great for Zerchers with a barbell from the floor or a rack and even on belt squat machines.  With a simple pull on the adjustment strap the Zercher straps can adjust to almost any height quickly.
